In FUTURE WOMEN we intend to promote digital and entrepreneurial competences of women relevant to STEM jobs through the innovative use of digital teaching and learning materials and tools. With our products, we want to address digital transformation through the development of digital readiness, resilience, and capacity.
In the next 24 monthsthe partnership will produce the following product
FUTURE WOMEN e-profile & MOOC
FUTURE WOMEN e-profile & MOOC that includes the benchmarking of career trends and identification of women role models in digital careers. Development and testing of a MOOC focused on the digital economy for women, to develop female students’ digital fluency, entrepreneurial and transversal competences suited to STEM jobs that require advanced digital skills.
FUTURE WOMEN CPD program
FUTURE WOMEN CPD program for career counsellors will equipped them with new methods and techniques to better support female students in pursuing careers in the digital economy. Designed from actual training needs and context of the professionals, the CDP programme will offer tailored practical resources, to ensure that career counsellors have the confidence and are equipped to better guide female students.

FUTURE WOMEN learning lab and online forum
FUTURE WOMEN Learning lab and online forum will encourage training of career counsellors and exchange of good practices in new and innovative methods and tools, including multi-disciplinary approaches to effectively answer to the digital economy market and STEM demands; by enabling project partners to provide a wider variety of (online) courses to both female students and career counsellors available in an accessible multilingual Open Educational Resources with no registration requirements and made available to all interested parties.
Results
Improved practices
The female students will improve their learning and teaching practices through innovative learning for tackling the societal challenge of digital skills through a MOOC to meet their digital learning needs to support their careers in STEM where those skills are needed.
Digital learning lab
The career counsellors will be equipped with new methods and techniques and an interactive digital learning lab and an online forum to encourage their training and exchange of good practices in new and innovative methods and tools.
Digital skills
The students, graduates, the educators, and Career Guidance experts will boost their digital skills.

The FUTURE WOMEN complementary products link the academic objectives of HEI with the pragmatic needs of the labour market and the individual needs of the learners. The platform will embrace the potential of innovative technologies to create a highly interactive, participative and exciting learning experience. The openly shared tools, available in 7 languages will improve the accessibility and encourage the application of digital technologies in HEI for teaching, learning, assessment and engagement. In the same time, it will increase the capacity of HEIs teachers to apply innovative methodologies and digital tools in the education.
